By making a purchase on our Minecraft server store, you agree to and fully accept the following terms:

1. Age Requirement

   • All purchasers must be 18 years or older. Players under the age of 18 may only complete purchases with explicit permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Nature of Purchases

   • Any payments made on our store—including but not limited to server ranks, cosmetic tags, claim blocks, and other in-game benefits—are considered donations. These donations directly support the maintenance and ongoing improvements of our Minecraft server.

3. Non-Refundable Purchases

   • Due to the donation-based nature of transactions, all purchases are final and strictly non-refundable. Chargebacks, refund requests, or disputes initiated through payment gateways will not be honored and may result in a permanent ban from our Minecraft server and store.

4. Server Rights & Changes

   • Purchased items (ranks, tags, claim blocks, etc.) represent digital goods available solely on our Minecraft server. We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or remove purchased content at any time, without prior notice, if required for server balance, updates, or compliance with Minecraft's terms and conditions (EULA).

5. Minecraft Account Responsibility

   • It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your Minecraft username at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect usernames provided by the purchaser, resulting in the loss or non-delivery of digital goods.

6. Compliance with Minecraft EULA

   • All items sold comply with Minecraft’s End User License Agreement (EULA). Purchased benefits do not grant unfair gameplay advantages and are intended solely for enhancing the player’s experience through cosmetic or convenience features.

7. Acceptance of Terms

   • Completing a checkout indicates that you fully understand, acknowledge, and agree to these terms without reservation.

8. Terms Modification

   • We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our store after any such changes indicates your acceptance of updated terms.
